If you pay your City utility bill using recurring credit card payments, you may have received a message via text, email, or phone call from the company that processes those payments.
The message reads like this:
Hello! This message is from City of Meadows Place. On Tuesday, July 22nd, we will be switching to a new credit card processor. As a result, starting July 23, 2025, all customers currently enrolled in recurring credit card payments must re-register their credit card to continue this service. If you do not re-register after July 23, your recurring payment will be discontinued and your bill will not be paid automatically. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation during this time. Please contact our customer service team at, 281-983-2950 for any questions or for further assistance.
